Applications are available at the Municipality of Powassan office, 466 Main Street, Powassan.
When completed, these applications are to be submitted to the DPSSSAB, instructions are available on the forms.
If you are added to the list, you have 3 opportunities to turn down an offer. After 3 calls your name is removed from the list.
