A regular meeting of the Township of Nipissing Council was held on Tuesday, June 26, 2012.

Present: Mayor Pat Haufe and Councillors Tom Piper, Thomas Butler and Liz Smith.

Regrets: Councillor Dougal Culham.

Staff and visitors present: Adam Curran – Miller Urso Surveying, Dave Yemm, John-Paul Negrinotti, Kris Croskery-Hodgins and Charles Barton.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

R2012-152 L. Smith, T. Piper: That the minutes of the meeting held June 12, 2012 be adopted as published. Carried.

R2012-153 T. Butler, T. Piper: That the minutes of the closed session meeting held June 12, 2012 be adopted. Carried.

The meeting was declared a public meeting pursuant to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, to allow the public to comment on an application for a change to Zoning By-Law No. 2012-12 by 1456500 Ontario Limited.

Presentation by Tony Bolwerk regarding proposed severances was deferred at the request of the Applicant.

R2012-154 T. Piper, L. Smith: That we accept the correspondence as presented. Carried.

R2012-155 L. Smith, T. Butler: That the statement of accounts dated June 26, 2012 be approved. $408,650.74. Carried.

R2012-156 T. Piper, L. Smith: That we pass By-Law No. 2012-34 being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on June 26, 2012. Read the first, second and third time and passed this 26th day of June, 2012. Carried.

R2012-157 T. Butler, L. Smith: That the meeting be adjourned. Time: 8:00 p.m. Next regular meeting July 17, 2012. Carried.
