TOWNSHIP OF NIPISSING
Tuesday, June 5, 2018

A regular meeting of the Township of Nipissing Council was held on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

Present: Mayor Tom Piper, Councillors Linda Andersen, Tom Butler, Tom Marchant and Liz Smith.

Staff and visitors present: John-Paul Negrinotti, Kris Croskery-Hodgins and Charles Barton.

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Disclosure of pecuniary interest: None.

R2018-111 L. Smith, T. Marchant: That the minutes of the meeting held May 22, 2018 be adopted as published. Carried.

Council reviewed the 2018 Summer Newsletter.

R2018-112 L. Andersen, T. Butler: That we accept the correspondence as presented. Carried.

R2018-113 T. Butler, L. Andersen: That the statement of accounts dated: May 31 and June 5, 2018; totaling $95,790.23, be approved. Carried.

R2018-114 T. Marchant, L. Smith: THAT we approve the GIS Contract with CGIS Spatial Solutions for Integrated GIS Municipal Management Service Modules at a cost of $400 per month, plus applicable taxes. Carried.

R2018-115 L. Andersen, T. Butler: THAT we approve the Quotation received from Cansel Survey Equipment Inc. for 1 Year CGIS-Bundle Terraflex Advanced Subscription and 1 R1 Receiver for $3,015.00, plus applicable taxes. Carried.

R2018-116 L. Smith, T. Marchant: That we pass By-Law No. 2018-29, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of Council at its meeting held on June 5, 2018. Read the first, second and third time and passed this 5th day of June, 2018. Carried.
