PUBLIC NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL
Council of the Township of Nipissing is considering a Trailer Licencing By-Law.
Public input will be received during a Special Meeting of Council to be held:
Tuesday, May 11, 2021
Starting at 6:30 p.m.
Due to current COVID-19 precautions, members of the public are invited to address Council using the electronic meeting platform of Zoom, with the meeting being livestreamed to the Township of Nipissing YouTube channel.
Meeting Procedure:
1. Members of the public wishing to make a presentation to Council regarding the proposed Trailer By-Law will schedule a speaking time with the Township Office no later than Monday, May 10th at 3:00 p.m.
2. Members of the public may also send written submissions on the proposed Trailer By-Law, to be received at the Township Office, 45 Beatty Street, Nipissing or by email at admin@nipissingtownship.com, no later than May 7th at 1:00 p.m.
3. Members of the public who have scheduled to make presentations will receive a Zoom Link to the meeting by email on May 11, 2021. 10 minutes per presentation will be allowed with an additional 5 minutes per presentation for any questions or comments from Council members to the presenter.
This meeting is to gather information and feedback from the residents of the Township only. No decisions on the By-Law Draft will be made at this meeting.
