Meal Delivery:
Hot and/or Frozen Meals delivered to your door. Pick up of frozen meals at the EPSCSS office is also available.
Frozen Meals are available to all areas of East Parry Sound (see Frozen Meals Menu)
Stay On Your Feet Exercise Classes:
Transportation:
Safe, affordable transportation via volunteer drivers who use their own vehicles, or a wheelchair accessible van for those who are non-ambulatory. EPSCSS’s priority is getting people to their medical appointments but they can also take seniors for errands such as grocery shopping and banking.

Almaguin Adult Learning Centre:
Educate, Inspire, Transform: Complete high school, prep for college or gain employment skills. With centres in Burk’s Falls, South River and Powassan, Almaguin Adult Learning Centre assists their clients to upgrade their education and employability by improving their literacy levels.
Their services also help improve the digital literacy, critical thinking and personal management skills needed to be successful, lifelong learners.
