THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF NIPISSING
RE: Stop up and close Part of Road Allowance in front of Part Lot 10, Concession 18, designated as Part 1 on Plan 42R11490
in the Township of Nipissing, District of Parry Sound.
TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Nipissing proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close the following lands:
- Description
Part of Road Allowance in front of Part Lot 10, Concession 18, designated as Part 1 on Plan 42R11490 in the Township of Nipissing, District of Parry Sound.
- Council Consideration
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the proposed by-law will come before Council of the Township of Nipissing at its regular meeting at the Township offices at 45 Beatty Street, Nipissing, Ontario, P0H 1W0, on the 11th day of August, 2026 at the hour of 6:30 o’clock in the evening.
- Application to be Heard
AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT at that time Council will hear anyone in person, or his/her counsel, solicitor or agent, who claims that his/her land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law, and who applies to be heard.

A copy of Plan 42R11490 is available for inspection at the Municipal office.
