CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL (CBO) OUT OF OFFICE NOTICE
Please note that Cameron Karpenko, Chief Building Official, will be out of office from Wednesday July 1st to Monday July 13th, 2026. He will be returning Tuesday July 14th, 2026.
Cameron will not be available for inspections during this time. If an inspection is required, please contact Kim Turnbull at office@nipissingtownship.com The following information will be required to be submitted:
- Name of the Permit Holder
- Contact name/information (email/cell phone number) for site superintendent
- Building Permit Number
- Site Address
- Inspection type requested (Footings, Prior to Backfill, Underground Plumbing etc.)
- Date for Inspection
- Preferred time for Inspection (am/pm)
**48 hour’s notice is to be provided for inspection requests. SAME DAY INSPECTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.**
