Chief Building Official Office Out of Office

Please note that Cameron Karpenko, Chief Building Official, will be out of office from Tuesday, December 8, 2026 through Monday January 4, 2027. He will be returning Tuesday January 5, 2027.

Cameron will not be available for inspections during this time. If an inspection is required, please contact Kim Turnbull at office@nipissingtownship.com The following information will be required to be submitted:

1. Name of the Permit Holder
2. Contact name/information (email/cell phone number) for site superintendent
3. Building Permit Number
4. Site Address
5. Inspection type requested (Footings, Prior to Backfill, Underground Plumbing etc.)
6. Date for Inspection
7. Preferred time for Inspection (am/pm)

**48 hours notice is to be provided for inspection requests. SAME DAY INSPECTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.**
