The closure has been extended until 3:00 p.m. today due to equipment malfunction.
Please be advised on Thursday August 20, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Bear Creek Road will be closed to allow for the crane to be onsite to deliver the first 2 sections of the bridge.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank everyone for their ongoing patience and understanding as the contractor works to complete this important infrastructure upgrade.
The Fire Department will have a truck stationed on the west side of closure to respond to any emergency calls.
