PUBLIC NOTICE

THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF NIPISSING

RE: Stop up and close part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Broken Lot 12, Concession 16 designated as Parts 1, 2 & 3 on Plan 42R-21515 and part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Broken Lots 11 & 12, Concession 16 designated as Part 4 on Plan 42R-21515, in the Township of Nipissing, District of Parry Sound.

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Nipissing proposes to enact a by-law to stop up and close the following lands:

1. Description

Part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Broken Lot 12, Concession 16 designated as Parts 1, 2 & 3 on Plan 42R-21515 and part of the Original Shore Road Allowance in front of Broken Lots 11 & 12, Concession 16 designated as Part 4 on Plan 42R-21515, in the Township of Nipissing, District of Parry Sound.

2. Council Consideration

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT the proposed by-law will come before Council of the Township of Nipissing at its regular meeting at the Township of Nipissing Community Centre, 2381 Highway 654, Nipissing, Ontario, P0H 1W0, on the 17th day of January, 2023 at the hour of 6:30 o’clock in the evening.

3. Application to be Heard

AND TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT at that time Council will hear anyone in person, or their counsel, solicitor or agent, who claims that their land will be prejudicially affected by the by-law, and who applies to be heard.

4. Plan 42R-21515 & 42R-21800

Copies of Plans 42R-21515 & 42R21800 are available for inspection at the Municipal office, 45 Beatty Street, Nipissing, Ontario.
