2024 Community Survey Results & Town Hall Meeting

Closure of Hummel Bridge to Vehicular Traffic
Effective Friday, May 31, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., the Hummel Bridge, a boundary bridge between the Township of Nipissing and the Municipality of Powassan, has been closed to vehicular traffic until further notice. HP Engineering performed an inspection on Hummel Bridge on May 22, 2024 and this has resulted in the recommendation to close the bridge to all vehicular traffic.
