NIP-PW-4 – 2026 – 7/8″ Quarried Granite – Stockpiled
NIP-PW-5 – 2026 – Reseal 8.4 km and Double Surface Treatment
NIP-PW-6 – 2026 – Supply, Crush and Apply 7/8″ Crushed Quarry Granite
NIP-PW-8-2026 – 1000 tonnes 7/8″ Crushed Quarry to be picked up by the municipality
NIP-PW-9-2026 – Crushed Quarried B Granite to be picked up by the municipality

Submission Deadline – 12:00 – Noon

Tender packages are available at the Township Municipal Office, 45 Beatty Street or through email request at office@nipissingtownship.com
Sealed tenders, individually and clearly marked, will be received at the Township Municipal Office until 12:00 p.m. (noon) local time Wednesday April 29, 2026.

On the closing day, commencing at 1:00 p.m. local time, the envelopes will be opened and tenders will be read and recorded publicly via zoom.

Results will be reviewed by Council at the May 5, 2026 Council Meeting for anticipated award. Tenders received after the closing time shall be returned, unopened to the bidder. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
