New 2025 Landfill Hours

Landfill Operating Hours will be Changing Effective January 1, 2025

Council approved the change to operating hours at the Wolfe Lake and Bear Creek Landfill Sites following public recommendations from the 2024 Community Survey and to improve operational efficiencies. As per By-Law 2024-45

Landfill Hours shall be:

Wolfe Lake Site:
Saturday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Thursday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m

The landfill sites will remain closed to the public Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

Bear Creek Site:
Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

*Please watch for your 2025 Landfill Entry Permits in your Interim Tax Bills being mailed out January 2025.*
Landfill cards must be presented each time for entry at the Landfills.
