Present: Liz Moore, Kerry Kloiber, Kathy Shaw and Ron Phillips.
Guests: Will Bateman, Fire Chief

Annual Canada Day Celebrations on June 30th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Action items:
Volunteers asked to arrive at 5:30 p.m.
Inflatables, 6-8 p.m. – volunteers: Kerry, Kathy, Firefighters and “Sirens” (spouses of Firefighters) to attend on ½ hour intervals.
Band, Cats-n-Jammers, 7 p.m. to dusk, booked.
Cake – serve at 7 p.m. by Kerry, Kathy and Firefighters (Sirens)
Popcorn – will be available
Museum will be open late with signage directing people over.
Posters to go up: Jerry’s (Restoule), Youngs, Foote’s, Commanda and also on the sign at the Firehall.

Report regarding health and safety items at the Community Centre.
G.F.I. plugs to be installed – 2 in kitchen; 1 near sump pump
A “wall” must be constructed around sump pump hole
Tape applied to section off around electrical panel
Outdoors: soffit and facia repairs required
Water softener has continued issues, needs repair

Long-time Maintenance Person – Community Centre, Fitness Centre and Township Office, John Chellew, has retired.
New employee is Jennifer Chapman.
