A meeting of the Township of Nipissing Committee of Adjustment was held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 to hear one Minor Variance Application. In response to the Declaration of Emergency for Covid-19, the meeting was held at the Township of Nipissing Community Centre, 2381 Highway 654.

COAR2022-15 P. Lafrance, J. Scott: Application A2022-03 – Applicant: Property Owners David and Maria Thiessen
DECISION: To grant the requested variance as per the sketch prepared by Callon Dietz, Ontario Land Surveyors, received June 14th, 2022.
To increase maximum height of an accessory structure from 4.5 metres to 5.0 metres for a 18.288m x 12.192m proposed garage.
1. That the applicant obtains all necessary permits for the work referenced in this application.
REASONS FOR DECISION: The proposed use is compatible with other uses in the area.
