Closed Session: That this part of our meeting will be closed to the public as authorized by Section 239(3.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, c. 25, for consideration of the following subject matter:

Educational or training sessions
A meeting of a council may be closed to the public if the following conditions are both
satisfied:
1. The meeting is held for the purpose of education or training the members.
2. At the meeting, no member discusses or otherwise deals with any matter in a way that materially advances the business or decision-making of the Council.

Purpose of this Closed Session:
Training session provided by Integrity Commissioner Harold Elston, appointed as
Township of Nipissing Integrity Commissioner by By-Law Number 2019-11, passed
March 5, 2019.
