• Business Arising: Bottle drive at landfill to support children’s parties

• New Business: New Ideas for the Committee:

Note: Fire Fighters disbanding the Auxillary, will be more involved in Rec Committee
• 2021: Halloween and Christmas: continue as previous year, possibly move it to the Recreation Centre? Invite Commanda folks
• Building bird and bat houses. Make and take, sign up invite Commanda folks
• Pickle Ball (future plan/wish list: modify outdoor arena (roof) to accommodate pickle ball and possibly basketball, etc
• “boot Sale”: Folks can purchase a spot to sell their stuff, like a garage sale from the back of your pick-up, or table (can rent out tables as well)
• New Years: Fireworks and hot chocolate at the park
• Bingo
• Texas Hold’em
• Trivia Night
• Drive-In Theatre
Business Arising: Fitness Centre OPENING July 16. Partial Opening, gradual opening. 4-5 people at a time
Should/Could we open 24 hours and close for cleaning between 8-10pm
Look into motion detector (for lights to turn off when room is empty
Old Business: Budget for new treadmill
Membership is 250 people, with 145 regular users
Suggest: Put a “wish list” for fitness centre users

Grant received for air exchanger in Recreation Centre
