Tender package is available at the Township Municipal Office, 45 Beatty Street or through email request at roads@nipissingtownship.com
Sealed tenders, individually and clearly marked, will be received at the Township Municipal Office until 12:00 p.m. (noon) local time Friday February 13, 2026.

On the closing day, commencing at 1:00 p.m. local time, the envelopes will be opened and tenders will be read and recorded publicly via zoom.

Results will be reviewed by Council at the February 17, 2026 Council Meeting for anticipated award. Tenders received after the closing time shall be returned, unopened to the bidder. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
