THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF NIPISSING
BY-LAW NUMBER 1174

Being a by-law to enter into a General Municipal Licence Agreement – OPMA Assessment Mapping Data Products with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.

WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Nipissing wishes to enter into a General Municipal Licence Agreement – OPMA Assessment Mapping Data Products with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation.

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Nipissing

ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the agreement attached hereto as Appendix “A” and hereby declared to be part of this by-law.

READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 19T’-` DAY OF DECEMBER, 2006.
