The 2025 Asset Management Plan (AMP) outlines the assets owned by the Township, their current conditions, associated risks, investment and the financial strategy needed to sustain them over the next 10 years. Recycling Transition – Beginning October 1, 2025
Starting on October 1, 2025 the Township of Nipissing will transition to an enhanced recycling system managed by Circular Materials. This is a Province wide initiative that shifts the responsibility and control for collecting and processing recyclable materials from the Township to the producers. Stone Cutter’s Road Culvert Replacement Completed
Stone Cutter’s Road is now open to traffic with the completion of a culvert replacement. Beginning July 28 Stone Cutter’s Road was closed between Highway 654 and Hart Road for a culvert replacement. The work was completed by J&P Leveque Bros Haulage Ltd. We thank everyone for your patience and understanding as the Township completed this important infrastructure improvement.
